Install approximately 4,500 feet of 8”C-900 PVC Pipe. Install 110 feet of 16” steel casing dry jack and bore and 8” PVC Carrier Pipe in accordance with the Illinois Central Railroad Crossing Permit, including Bonds and Flagging Services required for the work. Install the specified meter and pressure regulator assembly. South Alabama Utilities (SAU) will provide the water main, valves, hydrants, fittings, glands and casing pipe for this project. The Contractor will provide incidental items, including locate wire, concrete for thrust blocks, spacers and pier pads. The Contractor will be responsible for the Supervision, Labor, Equipment, Installation, Dress up, and Testing. All as shown and depicted in the Plans and Specifications.
