a. Provide all construction services necessary to implement the design approved by BASTROP COUNTY. b. Coordinate schedule with the district to avoid interference with school activities and testing. Direct all field activities, safety, and quality control; prepare construction schedules; manage the project safety program; and provide appropriate project permits and reviews. c. Procure all required equipment, subject to District approval. d. Coordinate tie-ins and shutdowns that disrupt the regular wastewater; coordinate all these activities and present a schedule detailing these activities. Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing adequate and appropriate work- arounds to avoid process disruptions and shall not be entitled to any compensation for delays or interference because of actions taken by the district to maintain safe and adequate wastewater generation during construction. e. Integration of all processes and associated equipment into the facility SCADA system. If required. f. Complete construction and testing of pipeline assets to deliver finished wastewater to disposal site.
