The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified third party administrator (Respondent) to provide program administration services (i.e., recordkeeping, communication, education, including in-person; custodial trustee services, investment advisor, and Participant investment advisor management services). Respondent shall provide the level of services required in the RFP and meet other requirements that are in the best interests of ERS, its members, and the state of Texas (State). Respondent shall be required to execute a contract (Contract) provided by, and satisfactory to, ERS for a period that begins upon execution of the Contract by and, after the Implementation Period, extend for six (6) years through December 31, 2032, subject to the terms of the Contract.
