1. Protect existing trees on site and the ballfields. 2. Protect existing utilities or replace as needed. 3. Remove and dispose of existing pavements, backstops, boardwalk decking and tennis court paving as indicated in the Drawings. 4. Remove and dispose fence and railings as indicated in the Drawings 5. Remove and salvage site furnishings including but not limited to drinking fountains, bike racks, waste bins, parking signs and tennis net as indicated in the Drawings. 6. Install new pavement, curbs, metal edges, stairs, railings and structural support for parking lot, walkway, tennis court and boardwalks. 7. Install new site furniture and plantings as indicated in the Drawings. 8. Install tennis fence and gates. 9. Install new irrigation system for the tennis court and adjacent planting. 10. Install new water and drainage systems. 11. Install the exercise station as part of add alternates. 12. Install stepping log and adjacent paving as part of the add alternates. 13. Plant trees and furniture as part of the deduct alternates.
