a. The contractor shall mow and trim all listed pond mowing areas once every three (3) to four (4) weeks and notify the Department of Stormwater Watershed Services when each mowing cycle is to begin and is complete. The County reserves the right to add or remove ponds from list. b. The contractor will be required to utilize a GIS tracking application to document mowing of each mowing area. The county will provide access to the application to be used on the contractor's IOS or Android device. c. The contractor is responsible for trimming the grass along the inside/outside of fencing, rip-rap spillways, riprap swales, end-walls, end-sections of all pipes, and swales within the delineated mowing areas as shown on the attached maps. Herbicide treatment in these areas may be utilized in lieu of trimming provided application is completed by a MD Licensed Applicator. The contractor shall provide proof of applicators' license to the county.
