1. In consultation with Kittitas County Solid Waste staff, develop methodology for reviewing/revising the Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Plan (the “Waste Management Plan”, or the “Plan”). 2. In consultation with Kittitas County Solid Waste Department, facilitate and develop meetings with the Solid Waste Advisory Committee for involvement in Plan revision that will be used throughout the review/revision process. 3. Review the current integrated solid waste handling system, achieve agreement and plan for the Integrated County Solid Waste System for the next twenty (20) years. 4. Review each chapter of the existing Plan and develop recommended changes as necessary and in accordance with the current Plan format. 5. Conduct public meetings and participate in hearings on the draft Plan, and the final draft Plan.
