Reporting and Tracking • Complete all reports required by US EPA. • Complete and enter site data into the Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES). • Provide the City of Nashua with the necessary documentation to support Davis-Bacon prevailing wage reporting including interviews. TASK 2 – Community Outreach and Involvement Develop Marketing Materials and Implement Outreach Strategy • Create an outreach plan • Create FAQ fact sheet and brochure targeting private & public property owners, lenders and developers • Meet with local community and/or attend local Board of Aldermen or other stakeholder group meetings • Publish program info in local papers, social media, and post notices in City Hall and community centers. Site Inventory: • Gather list of recognized and potential brownfields sites in target areas • Work with Brownfield Advisory Committee (BFAC) to create, evaluate and review the list of sites.
