The contractor will be required to provide the following to achieve the objective of this project: Collaborate with the project team to refine a comprehensive evaluation plan aligned with the project goals and objectives. Develop and implement a plan to measure the project’s performance and outcomes, including an evaluation of the practices and strategies implemented by the project. Develop and implement data collection instruments to collect data regarding the project participants, including but not limited to, demographics (e.g., gender, race, ethnic group), disability type, pre- and post- project participation, employment and wage outcomes, and regional information. Ensure the project shares project data and makes broadly available the results of any evaluations conducted of funded activities, through formal (e.g., peer reviewed journals) or informal (e.g., newsletters) mechanisms. Ensure that data from the evaluation will be made available to support contractors identified by Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) consistent with applicable privacy requirements. Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements, including timelines and content specified in the DIF grant guidelines. Ensure the project leverages data collection, analysis, and research methodologies to result in an evaluation that will build evidence. Attend federal project meetings as required by RSA.
