The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide laboratory analytical services to the DRMS on an as needed basis. Sample types include water (acid mine drainage, groundwater, and surface water) and solid media (soil, mine drainage precipitates, rock, waste rock, mine tailings). In the additional attachment, “Analyses Requested Spreadsheet”, there are 11 different types of laboratory analyses that DRMS needs completed upon request of the awarded Offeror(s) throughout the 5 year duration of the contract agreement. DRMS desires to see proposals that demonstrate which of the requested laboratory analyses Offerors can provide, as well as any additional laboratory analysis services Offerors can provide outside of what is being requested in this RFP.
