The School District of Pickens County, hereafter referred to as the “District” or “SDPC” is accepting sealed bids to deliver and install new Kolpak Walk in Cooler/Freezer at Central Academy of the Arts, as needed, in accordance with the requirements and specifications of this solicitation. The existing cooler and freezer in the kitchen shall be removed and disposed of offsite. The new Walk in Cooler and Freezer shall include installation and warranty. The existing condensers and connections shall be removed from the roof above the kitchen and installed on a pad behind the kitchen. The new concrete pad and electrical disconnects will be installed by others. Remove all through roof connection and coordinate thru-roof penetrations patch/ repair using a GAF certified BUR roofing contractor.
