The Contractor shall provide: a) Family Education Workshops; b) Family Therapy; c) Open Support Groups for Families; d) Immediate Access to Resources; and e) Public relations and Service. Required personnel shall include a Clinician, Certified Peer Specialist, and Family Advocate with a peer credential from the Missouri Credentialing Board. 3.16 Funds can only be used for required staff, fringe, travel, training, supplies, computer equipment/phones, recovery events, indirect costs., or other items as approved by the Department. 3.1.7 Funds cannot be spent on construction, purchase of buildings or physical building renovations. 3.1.8 The Contractor will implement the Recovery Lighthouse Family Recovery Program Model in Appendix A. 3.1.9 The Contractor shall provide the Family Recovery Program from a physical location within the State of Missouri as specified in the Notice of Award. 3.1.10 The Contractor must not receive or accept any financial reimbursement for an individual referred for treatment with SUDs or other needed services. 3.1.11 The Contractor shall establish working relationships with various community agencies to acquire additional community support and referral services.
