Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified designbuild firms to design and construct a concession stand, restroom, and scoring area for a baseball/softball field located at Field 5, 266 Mechanicsville Rd, Dahlonega. The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, permitting, site preparation, construction, and final commissioning. Develop preliminary and final design plans, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs. • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including ADA requirements. • Obtain all necessary permits and approvals. • Engage stakeholders for input during the design process.
