EHA is soliciting proposals from legal services firms to provide services to EHA on an ongoing basis in accordance with this scope of work. The selected proposers shall have demonstrated qualifications, expertise, experience, and capacity to provide legal services. EHA anticipates selecting one or two firms to cover the full range of EHA’s legal needs. The selected firm(s) will be expected to provide EHA staff with assistance on an as-needed basis for specific projects and tasks. Requirements may include but are not limited to: Landlord-Tenant Law including but not limited to: • Unlawful detainers, lease violation issues, eviction actions, etc. • Federal, state, and local eviction moratoriums • Tax credit and HUD lease rules • Other landlord tenant issues as they may arise
