Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Missouri School for the Deaf, desires to establish a contract for FM/DM systems via a single feasible source with Sonova Usa, Inc. for the purchase of Phonak FM/DM devices. Phonak manufacturers multiple FM/DM devices compatible with every hearing aid and cochlear implant on the market that have DAI, Telecoil and Bluetooth capabilities. Phonak is the sole manufacturer of Phonak Rogers audiological devices that are widely used throughout the school districts and cannot be provided by any other manufacturer. The Roger portfolio consists of several products (microphones, speakers, receivers) all exclusive to the Phonak brand. Sonova USA, Inc is the sole US wholesaler for the Phonak Roger products. They are also the only entity equipped and trained to offer ongoing service and maintenance on Phonak Roger products and using a company other than Sonova USA, Inc will invalidate the products warranty.
