2.2.1 Trash Receptacle: The contractor shall provide one (1) thirty (30) cubic yard lockable compactor receptacle, one (1) forty (40) cubic yard lockable compactor receptacle, one (1) eight (8) cubic yard lockable dumpster receptacles, one (1) eight (8) cubic yard dumpster receptacle, one (1) as-needed twenty (20) cubic yard open top receptacle and one (1) as-needed forty (40) cubic yard open top trash receptacle placed at locations designated by the Department. 2.2.2 The contractor shall retain ownership of the trash receptacles provided and shall keep the trash receptacles in good mechanical and safe working condition. a. Within forty-eight (48) hours of the Department’s notification to the contractor, the contractor shall repair or schedule the repair of the trash receptacle reported by the Department as having mechanical problems. b. The contractor shall supply a replacement trash receptacle at no additional fee to the Department in the case of a trash receptacle needing to be removed for repair or maintenance.
