Must have a City of Alabaster business license at the time of permitting. Must provide Performance Bond in the amount of the Bid, minimum, at the time of permitting. Must procure a Land Disturbance permit ($100 Residential, $400 Commercial) Must procure a Demolition Permit (0.85% of the Bid amount). Bid must be received no later than 10:00 am . The bid opening will be at 10 a.m. at City of Alabaster Municipal Complex, 1953 Municipal Way (Conference Room) on April 8th, 2025. All public utilities must be secured prior to commencing.
