● Approximately 17 hallway printstation, grayscale printers which are equivalent replacements to current devices with built in native networking functionality and duplex printing capability (if available) ● Approximately 1 color printer which is a equivalent replacement to current devices ● Approximately 5 small space, grayscale printers which are equivalent replacements to current devices ● Optional - three and/or five year cost for all routine maintenance, machine repairs, parts, software updates and/or modifications, training, and implementation ● Must be new, not refurbished ● Purchase order will be issued to bid selected. Payment will be made upon receipt of devices. Devices are to be received no later than July 1, 2025. There will be a $1,000 per day penalty for any devices not received within the specified dates listed herein.
