The City of Quincy, acting through the Office of the Mayor, is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the rental and delivery of tables, chairs, and various associated event equipment for municipal events. Tables; Bidders must provide rental pricing for the following table sizes: • 6-foot rectangular tables • 8-foot rectangular tables • 60-inch round tables • Cocktail/high-top tables • 4-foot round tables; Chairs • Standard folding chairs (plastic and/or resin) • White padded garden chairs • Stackable banquet chairs; Additional Event Equipment • Portable staging platforms (specify dimensions available) • Podiums • Trash receptacles • Crowd control barriers (e.g., bike rack barriers) • Various size tents; Rental Conditions • Pricing must include per unit rental cost, setup and takedown cost (if applicable), and delivery and pickup charges. • Bidders must include minimum rental quantity, if any. • All equipment must be clean, safe, and in good working condition upon delivery. • Delivery will be within the bounds of the City of Quincy, Massachusetts, with a lead time of at least two (2) weeks as communicated per event.
