1. Provide services including project planning, design, engineering, and installation services to add EV charging stations at each of the District’s designated sites. 2. The basis of design for the new system is ChargePoint CT4000. Wherever a ChargePoint CT4000 system part number is listed, the words “or equal” shall apply per the requirements of Public Contract Code § 3400. Substitutions shall only be allowed as part of this RFP process and will not be considered after the award of the contract. 3. Provide a complete, fully operational system with no exclusions or requirements for the District to provide or install any additional equipment, raceways, wiring, programming, software, or licenses. 4. Contractor to review all site conditions and adjust or amend work as necessary to meet site needs, code requirements, or requirements of the system manufacturer. 5. Prepare conceptual drawings and plans for approval of new charging station locations. 6. Provide and maintain a construction schedule per your proposed Work Plan. Coordinate with the District for all required shut downs. 7. Provide and install all equipment, programming, raceways, power, wiring, terminations, and testing as outlined in the attached ‘Exhibit B – Detailed Scope of Work’ 8. Provide and install additional conduit for two (2) future additional charging stations adjacent to planned stations in this project. 9.
