The Village anticipates that a successful proposal for a project scope of work would include the following action items and deliverables: • Review and summarize the Village’s current environmental and sustainability initiatives. o Create sustainability baseline and trajectory data by gathering historical data since 2016 (the start of the STF), if available, to help quantify the impact of sustainability initiatives since then. o Using the same datasets, conduct a trend analysis to project the impact of initiatives recommended in this plan into the future. o Graphical data should show environmental impacts without STF, with STF initiatives since 2016, and future initiatives from this Sustainability Action Plan.
