* Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience providing psychological assessment services for suitability and fitness of employment. * Contractor shall provide expert consultation, psychological assessments, pre-hire evaluations, fitness assessments, and clinical interviews and MNPD consultation (as needed) as part of the services. * Contractor shall work closely with the MNPD Behavioral Health and Recruitment Divisions and the Metro Civil Service Medical Examiner to ensure quality results. * Contractor testing shall yield information that is relevant to the principle concerns of suitability and fitness MNPD in their efforts to determine suitability of employment. * Contractor shall deliver pre-hire evaluations within 10 business days and fitness evaluations within 12 business days to ensure timely processing and support for the Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson Count's hiring and fitness assessment needs. * Contractor shall offer the option of providing assessments during evening hours to accommodate MNPD's needs if necessary. * Contractor shall have extensive experience in the administrative and interpretation of various evaluation instruments, including the Candidate and Officer Personnel Survey Revised (COPS-R) and the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-3 (MMPI-3) and additional assessments with high reliability and validity which can determine law enforcement suitability.
