The Contractor shall staff and operate the busing and shuttle operation twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week in a first-class manner and with enough personnel to ensure a successful, effective, efficient, courteous and convenient management and operation hereof. The Contractor shall demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, management, operation, and control of the busing and shuttle operation always in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement and in a manner acceptable to Authority. The Contractor will be responsible for continuously updating the Authority on the performance of the busing and shuttle operation at the Airport, as well as providing industry expertise and suggestions for continuous improvement of the parking products.
