1. STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS • Repair, expansion, and/or upfitting of existing stormwater system. • Currently the field experiences flooding, sink holes, and general standing water. • While the owner has preliminary information, more field work will be needed to determine the extent of repair needed. 2. FIELD IMPROVEMENTS • Grading and improving field surface. • The desire is to keep the field grassed. 3. FIELD LIGHTING • The new field may require updated lighting to optimize usage at night. 4. FACILITY RENNOVATIONS/CONSTRUCTION • There are two buildings on site (see brown & red buildings below). The city seeks to create a multi-use space for bathroom, storage, and concessions. 5. SECURITY • The current fence securing the site will need to be upfitted to match the new and improved site. 6. Other elements as identified and deemed necessary by the owner and/or contractor.
