Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all material, labor, installation and performing all work necessary to complete the Baxter Family Housing Phase I – Vertical Construction project as described in the design documents, adhering to all applicable local, state, & federal regulatory building codes and standards. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, utility connections, hardscape, limited civil work, landscaping and all construction of (2) 9-plex & (1) 6-plex multifamily buildings. The buildings’ total sq ft will be approximately 22,500, consisting of a foundation with basement/crawl space and vertical wood framing. All units will have 1 or 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2-3 bedrooms and living space.
