The Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM) wants to establish a contract for Annual Testing, Inspecting, Maintenance, Repair and On-Call Services for water-based fire protection systems in use in State owned properties in Topeka, Kansas. OFPM wants to establish a two (2) year contract with three (3) renewals of 12 months each. OFPM wants to establish a guaranteed price that will remain locked in for the initial 2-year contract period. Contractor can submit a request for price increase 60 days prior to the renewal date. Specifications: a) Water based systems will include fire sprinkler systems, fire pumps and standpipes. b) Buildings covered under this contract (OFPM reserves the right to add or delete buildings from this list and will renegotiate with contractor upon such action): 1.
