HAWS seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide full-service security camera coverage and monitoring for seven (7) properties (locations listed on bid form.) The vendor shall perform and carry out, in a satisfactory, timely, and proper manner, as determined by the Agency, the following: 2.1 Analysis of site needs, installation and configuration of cameras (current count is approximately 175), owned by contractor, over 7 sites. 2.2 24/7 live system monitoring, reporting, and training on camera system as necessary. 2.3 Technical and user support as necessary. 2.4 Unlimited forensic video reviews provided by contractors when requested, as well as working closely with law enforcement. Contractor obligated to respond timely to requests regarding conducting forensic review of video footage. 2.5 Contractor provides their own internet connection. 2.6 Software and unlimited access to it to allow HAWS to use the same interface for all its cameras across all sites 2.7 Service to include, at a minimum, all required leased and non-leased equipment, installation and configuration, all service and maintenance, no-fault warranty, dedicated internet lines, and unlimited forensic reviews. 2.8 Three of the sites are high rises (Crystal, Sunrise and Healy Towers) and require indoor camera surveillance as well in their common areas.
