2 SCOPE OF WORK A. The work under this contract consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to reconstruct the parking lot with green stormwater management improvements as described in these Specifications, and as shown on the Plans or specified herein, and in accordance with the Order of Conditions issued on December 6, 2024 by the Bourne Conservation Commission. B. Work includes, without limiting the generality thereof, providing all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work shown on the plans including: 1. Complete necessary land survey to stake all improvements 2. Install and maintain all erosion controls. 3. Coordinate police details and traffic control as required to complete the work, while allowing abutting residents to access their driveways. 4. Pulverize existing pavement reusing milled material as pavement base. 5. Coordinate with Town and National Grid to relocate gas lines as necessary as shown on plans. 6. Excavate and rough grade the stormwater management areas and parking lot. 7. Install all drainage structures, piping and connections, stone, weirs, pavers, and water quality unit. 8. Backfill and final grading for stormwater management areas, including boulder walls. 9. Install hot mix pavement, base, paved flumes and curbing. 10. Furnish and install native seed and plantings as shown on the plans. 11. Reset signage, install guardrail, and apply pavement markings. 12. Legally disposal of all excess soils and construction debris. 13. Provide full as-built plan of work. 14. Clean up and any incidental to the work.
