Scope of work for Landscape; 1. Front Sitting Area • Removal and disposal of two current benches in this location • Removal of two existing flag poles. • Install two new “green” benches to concrete slabs. • Clean area, trim bushes, rake, add brown mulch to location. 2. Front of Building • Removal of two mulch pits located in front of the building. One contains a stump that must be removed. • Install two new flag poles at marked locations by facility. • Purchase, install, fill two concrete flowerpots to place in front of building. With soil must weigh 300+ lbs. Vendor provides plant options to fill each pot. Pots must be approved by the Facility Director (Must be a four-foot gap between flowerpots for emergency services.) • All electrical work presented in the photo will be conducted by an in-house electrician. 3. Mulch • Mulch all remaining flower beds on campus. These will be shown during the walkthrough.
