A. Contractor shall construct ten thousand four hundred (10,400) square feet of asphalt pavement as described in Attachment 5, Plans, Sheet Number C-3 detail 3. B. Contractor shall crack fill and seal coat approximately thirty-three thousand three hundred six (33,306) square feet of asphalt as described in Attachment 5, Plans, Sheet Number C-1. C. Contractor shall stripe existing and new parking lot as described in Attachment 5, Plans, Sheet Number C-2 and C-3. D. Contractor shall construct one (1) Forty-Eight Inch (48”) x Forty-Eight Inch (48”) drop inlet storm drain box and fifty (50) lineal feet of eight-inch (8”) storm drainpipe as described in Attachment 5, Plans, Sheet Number C-2 and C3. E. Contractor shall provide any requisite Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and Dust Control Plans to CAL FIRE Project Representative. F. Contractor shall dispose of all demolished and refuse materials in accordance with local laws, rules, regulations. G. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with plans and specifications. H. Contractor shall provide CAL FIRE with a one-year warranty for parts and labor.
