The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary for the following major elements: The Japanese American Exclusion Memorial Water Line Extension Project consists of extending water main along Eagle Harbor Drive & installing one fire hydrant and one service connection from the existing 12-inch main in NE Old Creosote Hill Road west to the entrance to the Bainbridge Island Japanese American Exclusion Memorial Center. The work includes installing 2,119-lineal feet of 10-inch ductile iron pipe water main along Eagle Harbor Drive, 273-lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe water main into the Bainbridge Island Japanese American Exclusion Memorial site owned by Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Parks & Recreation District, one fire hydrant and one water meter and associated pavement, shoulder, and landscape restoration.
