New storm structures with perforated pipe in gravel trench utilizing existing storm water discharge into Oakland Drive storm sewer. Installation of imported topsoil, fine grading and turf restoration. Replace Existing Roadway (File Number 491/23071.CAK) Includes but is not necessarily limited to removal of asphalt (full depth) and HMA crushing and shaping. Removal of concrete curb, and concrete walks. Also salvaging of signs. Site grading to proposed elevations, new 4” concrete sidewalks with ADA ramps, 8” concrete paving, C4 Curb and Gutter, HMA paving (2 lifts) and parking striping. Reinstallation of existing signs. Installation of imported topsoil, fine grading and turf restoration.
