University maintains a fleet of approximately 700 Kenwood radios, mostly handheld. 2.1. University is seeking to establish a price agreement with the successful proposer for the ordering of JVC Kenwood: 2.1.1. Land Mobile Radios; 2.1.2. Repeater Hardware, 2.1.3. Repair Parts; and 2.1.4. Licensing. 2.2. Proposer must be an authorized distributor/reseller of the goods described in this RFP. 2.3. All goods shall be new, commercial grade and meet all applicable federal, state, and local standards. 2.4. Proposer must have the ability to deliver goods that are in stock to University within 60 days of a University order. 2.5. Any orders for goods placed under the awarded contract will be delivered F.O.B. University. 2.6. No amount of work or goods will be guaranteed under the resulting contract. University will place orders with the awarded Proposer as needed.
