The project scope of the approximately 95,000 Sf 4th floor pedestrian plaza is inclusive, but not limited to, removing current terrace finishes, built-in planters and water features, concrete topping slab, existing waterproofing, repairing cracks and spalls on existing structural concrete deck, adding sloping cementitious fill, installing new drain system, new mechanical elements, new hot rubberized waterproofing, new potted plantings, and ceramic tile filled pedestal and concrete pavements. The project also includes removing and reconstructing the exterior walls of the ballroom bathroom structures, adding a feature wall to the west plaza, adding a new raised stage, and new 34ksf fabric and steel rain and shade structure canopy and fabric and steel rain and shade structure for the new raised performance stage.
