The County of Cumberland invites sealed bids for Providing Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Clean Agent and Kitchen Suppression System Inspection Services and As-Needed Repairs at Various Cumberland County Buildings; The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining and supervising all safety precautions and programs in connection with this work. All materials and services provided by the contractor in the performance of the contract must meet applicable State and Federal Safety and Health Codes, Standards, and Regulations. The contractor shall provide all notices and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and lawful orders of any public authority bearing on the safety of persons or property or their protection from damage, injury, or loss. The successful vendor(s) shall provide semi-annual inspections and/or repair service on all Fire/Smoke alarm systems, as required at the below listed locations. Said inspections shall be performed and completed in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements and any other authority having jurisdiction over same.
