This work consists of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the furnishing, installing, and removing of landscaping materials. This work would include, but is not limited to, loaming and seeding or loaming and hydroseeding all areas to establish grass following the installation of sidewalk and/or curbing on Town roadway improvement projects. The contractor will also assist the Town with the backfilling of curb as part of the Town’s repaving program. This work would include, but is not limited to, loaming and seeding or loaming and hydroseeding all areas after curb and/or driveway aprons are installed by others to establish grass. This work will also include plantings as necessary at various locations throughout Town.
