The scope of work generally consists of street improvements along Fairview Road between Fair Drive and Newport Boulevard. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete parkways (e.g., curb & gutter, sidewalk, driveways, curb ramps, cross gutters, etc.), grind and overlay of the asphalt pavement, installation of a new HAWK signal mid-block along Fairview Road, median landscaping, bus stop relocation and construction, etc. The contractor shall begin work within TEN (10) DAYS after the contract has been approved by the City of Costa Mesa. The work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion within NINETY-FIVE (95) WORKING DAYS. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that the most current version of the solicitation, including any addenda, has been downloaded. Bids received without the applicable addenda will be rejected as incomplete.
