1.1. All portable restrooms and wash sinks will be delivered on site and placed at the discretion of the responsible Department employee ordering the services. 1.2. All portable restrooms and sinks will be maintained and cleaned based on Service Provider’s recommendations. 1.3. All portable restrooms, and was sinks will be secured by Services Provider to assure safety concerns from high winds. 1.4. Arrangements will be made with the responsible Department employee for removal of all portable restrooms and wash sinks. 1.5. All work shall be performed in a professional, workmanship-like manner using quality equipment and materials. Service Provider shall provide the labor, materials and equipment necessary for the provision of portable toilet rental/services, except as otherwise specified hereinafter. No work of the contract will be sub-contracted by the Services Provider without the express written permission of the contract administrator. 1.6. A log sheet should be maintained and posted in the restrooms at all times to state dates and times of cleaning.
