Main Building #120: 15055 S. Golden Road, Golden, CO 80401 ● Daily Tasks ○ Empty all trash in hallways, open offices, classrooms, restrooms and outside entrances ○ Clean, mop, and stock all restrooms, showers, and dispensers in hallways. This includes walls and ceilings. Sixteen (16) restrooms in total. Ensure dispensers are in working condition and spraying. ○ Disinfect and clean drinking fountains ○ Sweep and mop all hallways and tile flooring in all classrooms. ○ Use tennis ball on stick to remove any scuffs. ○ Disinfect and clean all tables in all classrooms. The Main Building has 4 classrooms with approximately 70-75 tables. ● Weekly Tasks ○ Sweep and mop gymnasium. ○ Sweep and mop Gym Mat Room. Padded walls in the mat room do not need to be cleaned. ○ Vacuum all classrooms, open offices, entry way floor mats, dorm rooms, and hallways. This includes all corners, stairs, wall edges, and moving of furniture that is movable. ● Monday and Wednesday Tasks ○ Polish all hallways and entrances. This includes buffing the floors to a shine. This includes all corners, stairs, wall edges, and moving of furniture that is movable. ● Monthly Tasks ○ Clean glass in the front of vestibule and main hallway. ○ Change out urinal mats ● Every Third Month ○ Interior and exterior cleaning of all windows This includes screens. ○ Cleaning of all light fixture covers ○ Foam cleaning of all restrooms Sixteen (16) restrooms in total. This includes sanitizing bathrooms with a foam cleaner on all surfaces, including floors, walls, and ceilings. ● Annual Tasks ○ Carpet steam cleaning and shampooing of all carpeted areas This includes offices, classrooms, dorm rooms, entrances, and floor mats. Note: This will be done at different times each year due to cadet class schedules. Time will be mutually agreed upon between Contractor and Project Manager. Carrell Hall #100: 15165 S.
