This project, identified as CCA-2025-001, consists of interior renovations across four key areas of the Student Center. The remodel will support the relocation and expansion of student services, including the Student Success Department and Testing Center, while also improving spaces designated for the Corporate College and event programming. The project is designed to address evolving space needs, enhance the functionality and aesthetic of the building, and better align campus facilities with institutional goals. The construction scope includes selective demolition, new partition walls, finishes, and limited HVAC and electrical modifications. Contractors shall be expected to coordinate with college operations to minimize disruption to campus activities and maintain accessibility and safety throughout the duration of the work.
