Reconstruction: Full roadway reconstruction of Pebble Hills Boulevard is from Zaragoza Road to Rich Beem Boulevard approximately 3,538 linear feet, including Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete (HMAC) with base course and compacted subgrade soils from edge of gutter to edge of gutter. Existing Parkway improvements will remain undisturbed unless otherwise specified on the construction plans. New sidewalks, handicap ramps, driveways, and curb & gutter will be placed as identified on plans. Resurfacing: Resurfacing improvements for three Pebble Hills Boulevard segments are from Yarbrough Drive to Lee Trevino Drive, from Outrigger Street to Loop 375, and from Rich Beem Boulevard to John Hayes Street. Resurfacing improvements include new asphaltic riding surface, repair to damaged concrete parkway structures and ancillary items such as roadway striping, and markings as needed.
