The contractor will perform roadway improvements on the section of roadway identified in the attached map. This will include asphalt patching at two locations, crack sealing, applying micro-surfacing and re-striping the entire specified roadway section. All work will be completed in accordance with industry standards to ensure quality and durability. The general tasks include: 1. Crack Sealing: Clean all cracks and joints to remove debris and vegetation, and seal cracks 1/4" or larger with a suitable rubberized or mastic sealing product. The work will follow the appropriate guidelines for crack treatment, including the potential use of the overband method for sealing. 2. Micro-Surfacing: Prepare the pavement surfaces by cleaning and removing any loose materials or oil spots. The application of micro-surfacing will be done according to established guidelines, ensuring smooth joints and proper coverage without excessive buildup.
