In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter §2269 Subchapter D, Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is soliciting proposals for TFC State Surplus Store Electrical Modifications, Project 24-055-4201, located at 6506 Bolm Road in Austin, TX. The project scope consists of demolishing existing low voltage panels in the building and replacing them with new panels as shown on plans. The distribution feeders from the main distribution panel to the low voltage panels will be removed and replaced with new in existing conduit. All work associated with the demolition and installation of the panels will fall under the scope of the Contractor. Installation of a new main switchboard with connections for the existing solar panels will need to be installed by the Contractor. The Contractor must coordinate with The Utility Company on any shutdowns and reconnection of the existing solar equipment. The Contractor must also coordinate the shutdown with the Owner. A manual transfer switch with an integrated docking station is to be installed by the Contractor.
