a) Cutting and removal of old insulation b) Replace insulation on chill water piping at the following locations in plant: 1. Secondary Chilled Water Pump (Schwp) 1 & 2 – replace thirty-nine (39) linear feet of pump insulation to match existing and all piping insulation up to valve shut off on both pumps. 2. Chiller 1 – Replace insulation to match existing on piping insulation on chill water lines from chiller to valve right before the header. Insulation of portions of the chiller that are failing, if needed. 3. Chiller 2 – Replace insulation to match existing on chill water lines insulation from chiller to just after valve shut off. Insulation of portions of the chiller that are failing, if needed. 4. Replace multiple sections of chill water heading insulation to match existing and some end caps insulation to be replaced. 5. Primary Chilled Water Pump (Pchwp) 1 & 2 – replace pump insulation to match existing and all piping insulation up to valve shut off on both pumps. c) Remove and replace portions of steam piping insulation and replace with fiber glass pipe insulation rated for steam. d) Insulate Domestic water piping.
