Vendors must supply machines capable of accepting bills and credit cards. 3. The vendor must supply machines capable of dispensing a variety of items, not limited to a single type or brand. 4. Machines shall be adequately equipped with a non-resettable counter for recording all sales by each machine. 5. The vendor is responsible for all refunds associated with the sales of vending machine items. 6. Upon completion of installation, the successful vendor shall provide a list of equipment and locations and certify that each unit is in proper working order. 7.
