1. See Contract Drawings for complete understanding of demolition and construction scope. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Remove all Wheel Stops in preparation of “item #4” below. 3. Removal all old asphalt and asphalt patch materials as described on the “THP Nexus Fort Worth South - Parking Lot Upgrade - work area”, included in this Invitation for Bid, to a natural and substantial base, compacted to (+/-) 98%. 4. Purchase and install one new 30’ tall Light Pole with 4 LED Light Fixtures, Pole Light Base and related electrical, per the “Fort Worth South Site Plan - Area Lighting Plan” that is a part of these Bid Documents. Concrete Base is to extend to 24” above the new pavement, painted Highway Yellow. 5. Install, and Heavy Roll, to a minimum of 2” thick final depth; Asphalt Mix as described in these documents, at all areas described on the “THP Nexus Fort Worth South - Parking Lot Upgrade - work area” plan. 6. Professionally and completely sweep and / or blow all loose material from the work area and remove all loose materials from project site. 7. Properly Stripe the entire Parking Lot as detailed on the “THP Nexus Fort Worth South - Parking Lot Upgrade - work area” Site Plan, included in this Invitation for Bid, including all H/C areas, (Blue), Fire Lanes, (red), Parking areas: White. 8. Clean and Reset all Wheel Stops. Replace any broken or damaged Wheel Stops. 9. Identify all H/C Parking areas with proper Blue Paint and H/C Signs per code. 10. Plan all preparation and Paving and Striping work to allow full and safe access to and around the building at all times. 11. This project must be performed during Non-Business Hours. 12. Contractor of Award will present their intended work ‘Phasing Plan’ for DPS approval. 13. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
