○ Remove and dispose of the existing HVAC system(s). ○ Install new Bard HVAC units and PTAC units (provided by Rabun County Schools) that meet the school’s specifications for size and efficiency. ○ Integrate the new HVAC systems with the existing electrical and ductwork infrastructure. ○ Conduct a full system startup and commissioning. ○ Add 1 Leviton OSC15-RIW motion sensor to the center of each classroom (Bard unit rooms only). ○ Add 1 RIBU1C relay pack per room for fresh air override (Bard unit rooms only). ○ Run 1 new 8 conductor thermostat wire and 1 new Cat5/6 wire from the unit to the existing thermostat location. Rabun County Schools will provide 1 new and programmed Network Thermostat X5 wifi thermostat per unit. Interested parties will be provided with a wiring diagram upon site visit. ○ Check and clean condensation drain if needed. ○ All work must comply with local building codes and all applicable regulations. ○ Completion of the project must be started and finished between July 7, 2025 and July 21, 2025.
