Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Avenue East Primary Sewer Rehabilitation Project is located along Vermont Avenue from 83rd Street to Florence Avenue and consists of the following work: A. Rehabilitating approximately 3610 LF of existing 27-inch concrete brick sewer using Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) lining method including 23 linear feet of curved pipe section. Upsizing 13 existing Maintenance Holes (MHs) with 24-inch frame and cover to 30 inch and rehabilitating the maintenance holes with a type 1 liner. Constructing a new 8 ft maintenance hole on Vermont Avenue and Florence Avenue. Reconnecting 70 house connections, repair of sewer invert and work shown on the plans, sewer bypass system, odor control, pipe cleaning, and CCTV inspection of sewer. Sewer rehabilitation shall conform to Brown Book Section 500-1 and as modified by the Technical Specifications. B. Cleaning the sewer pipe prior to lining, spot repairs and/or grouting of void areas before lining. Sewer Cleaning work item will consist of, but not be limited to the following, and not listed in a particular order: 1. Compliance with Greenbook, Section 500, System Rehabilitation 2. Submittal of cleaning method, all aspects of work. 3. Access to sewer is through existing sewer structures. 4. Clean existing sewer
