The Contractor shall agree to inspect and perform the work necessary for the eradication and control of pests, insects, rodents, and birds (in terminal buildings) including but not limited to, rats, mice, roaches, water bugs, grasshoppers, wasps, bees, hornets, crickets, fleas, ticks, flies, ants, spiders, etc. This shall include the eradication of existing infestations and promote the prevention of re-infestation. This shall include the removal of wasps, bees, and hornets nests from inside designated locations and outside perimeters of designated locations. The Contractor shall agree to service and perform the work necessary for the elimination and control of termites, on an as needed basis. This shall include the elimination of existing infestations and promote the prevention of re-infestations. The area requiring service shall be determined prior to services being performed and all services performed are at the discretion of the Airports Representative. Fogging at any area where problems may be consistent will be accomplished as follows: The Contractor shall have a business telephone where he/she can be reached if and when problems occur. The Contractor must respond to calls of complaints within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving notification.
