White Mountain Apache Housing Authority (WMAHA) is seeking proposals from certified firms or individual(s) for professional services related to Civil Engineering Services. This firm will act as the Civil Engineering Contractor for WMAHA. The Project consists of two different site locations, Cedar Creek Site and Turkey Creek Site, which are approximately thirteen (13) miles apart. Cedar Creek Site consists of approximately 17.50 acres where five (5) units will be constructed including the connection of utilities to existing and construction and paving of road to connect to existing paved road. Within accompanying Cedar Creek Site Plan, where Blue colored units are depicted, five (5) homes are proposed. At Turkey Creek Site, four (4) units will be constructed. Accompanying Turkey Creek Site Plan, the units bordered by bold black dash and the proposed 1,050 feet off-site road will be designed by others showing paving and all utilities extending to the homes bordered by bold black dash. As grounds are flatter on the east side, where other bluecolored units are depicted which may lend to cost savings, it is recommended that area be designed. The Site Layout is not yet determined therefore, is subject to revision by the selected Civil Engineering firm. The selected Civil Engineering firm shall provide guidance on this matter. Value Engineering shall be incorporated.
