1. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing end of the line terminal interior cleaning services to WMATA’s bus fleet at twelve (12) terminal rail stations. *WMATA reserves the right to add or remove operating hours, number of cleaning staff, bus fleet, and locations when deemed to the best interest of the “Authority”. This End-of-line bus-cleaning service shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the required tasks. 2. The Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning all trash (i.e., newspapers and debris) from each bus. Remove all trash from under the seats, on the seats, on the sides of the seats, and between cushions and floor vents. 3. The Contractor shall remove gum, glue, stickers, graffiti, and tape from all surfaces using an effective approved cleaning product. Surfaces include floors, ceilings, side panels, seats, doors, windows, handrails, and stanchions. 4. The Contractor shall clean the doors thoroughly using an approved glass cleaner on all the interior glass areas. Use the approved cleaning product to clean the remainder of the door panels, including touch bars and handles.
